Working under the People Technology team, this function will play a key part in a project responsible for data mapping and extraction, ensuring prosperous parallel runs - analysis and reconciliation where required. You'd be working very closely with internal teams and external parties as and when required. This is a contract position with a timeline estimated at mid-2022. this function will require a relatively senior individual, Somebody with a strong knowledge of NZ payroll legislation such as the Holidays Act, as well as general knowledge across areas such as payroll results, pay day filing, leave and time. You will ideally have a working knowledge of SAP Payroll and SAP HCM. Advanced Excel expertise, as well as data mapping, preparation, and analysis expertise, will be key prerequisites. Some practice of SpinifexIT Easy Reporter tool, SQL, and SAP Finance would be desirable. From a soft-skill perspective this function will require a high level of communication abilities, including the capcapability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, strong attention to detail, and an aptitude for analysis and problem solving.
