During their 30 years in operation, they have set operational, product and safety benchmarks in the New Zealand glass industry. Currently employing more than 900 employees in a wide variety of roles including operations, glazing, commercial, driving, manufacturing, engineering, and support services. The Project Manager's position is to manage all aspects of the residential and commercial glazing projects that you are responsible for, including building relationships with commercial customers and providing one point of contact. To be successful as the Project manager we are looking for the following: Personal attributes: » Excellent organizational skills » Strong leadership qualities » Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders » Ability to operate strategically and develop trust and credibility with senior management Experience: » In depth knowledge of NZ Health & Safety legislation » Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or new building commercial and industrial projects » Experience managing procurement of providers and contracts Qualifications: » Tertiary qualification on a construction/project management or related field » Full clean drivers license for trade vehicles » Current site safety certification » Proven track record in structured/best practice project management methodologies. » Computer literate to an intermediate/advanced user level for MS Office, MS Project, and other PM/Planning tools To be successful in these positions, a Ministry of Justice Check, Pre-employment drug test and Two Verbal References must be satisfactory prior to commencement of this position.
