About the function:
Reporting into the GM, you will be responsible for managing two buildings (Inner City Apartments) and maintaining a seamless operational service to all clients. Being the first point of onsite contact, you will be responsible for all maintenance, repairs, supervision of contractors- ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard as well as maintaining contracts for essential services. Some additional Job responsibilities:
• Being on call 24/7 for emergency maintenance services
• Attending committee meetings – once a a month
• Building great relationships for both internal and external stakeholders
• Monthly Forecasting and reporting
The ideal candidate:
• Will have significant practice
• A positive can-do attitude with a availability to learn
• Resilience will be key in this function with a solutions’ driven mindset
• Excellent verbal and written expertise
• Will be customer focussed
