About the function: Reporting into the GM, you will be responsible for managing two buildings (Inner City Apartments) and maintaining a seamless operational service to all clients. Being the first point of onsite contact, you will be responsible for all maintenance, repairs, supervision of contractors- ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard as well as maintaining contracts for essential services.
