Team Coordinator

The opportunity:
We are seeking for an practiced administrator who has a passion for providing an outstanding level of support to join our supportive and dynamic and growing team.
If you are proactive, reliable, consistent, able to problem solve, and have strong organisational expertise, then this could be the job for you!
You will be the first point of contact and supportingHealth and Safety requirements for the office.
Supporting a busy Manager and their team, you will be responsible for:
   » Diary management for initially two managers including prioritising their tasks.
   » Financial administration in collaboration with the group's finance manager.
   » Support with recruitment processes.
   » Schedule and coordinate meetings.
   » Coordinate travel and event management for the teams.
   » General office budget requirements including stationary and other office supplies.
To be prosperous in the function, you will have:
   » Excellent communication expertise - capability to build solid relationships is key.
   » Strong multi-tasking and time-management expertise with the capability to prioritise.
   » Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
   » A proactive, “can-do” attitude.
   » Pre-empt what is needed to be done and be keen to help.
   » practice in setting agendas and minute taking.
