ABOUT THE function The Business Analyst is responsible for providing continuous improvement, research, and reporting support for the Programmes and Services team to support decision making. this function is the critical link between systems and their business objectives and will work with our team to provide information and analytics via reporting (from Salesforce and Excel) and solve process related problems. Assessing project performance and identifying areas of improvement will be an essential element to the position combined with working with our internal stakeholders to communicate potential issues and risk. You will also be responsible for: » Developing process maps » Running in-depth reports and assessing information » CRM reporting » Translating data into significant business insight ABOUT YOU The prosperous candidate will have a deep commitment to our Pacific community with a positive and flexible attitude with previous practice as a business analyst. Whilst a good knowledge of Pacific culture is preferred Information technology is likely the prosperous candidate will have practice in a complex business environment producing high quality analytics. practice using Salesforce would be preferred.
