The main emphasis will be on sorting premium quality Pinot Noir in the winery and attention to detail is very important. Some other winery tasks may be incorporated at times. Approximate hours are 10am – approx. 5pm, with some days finishing later or earlier. Flexibility with days and hours will be required as work is dependent on how much fruit is picked each day. The sorting will be on days that fruit is picked and this will involve weekends also. You can expect to work around 4 – 6 days per week with hours normally in the range of 5 – 9 hours per day. A valid work visa is required. Burn Cottage is a non-smoking workplace. You must have your own accommodation and transport. Skills:
