About the company
Our client located in the Kapiti coast is seeking an practiced Payroll agent to join their prosperous team on a 6 month contract. You will be working in a supportive workplace culture where you will be given on going professional development, with the opportunity to learn.

tasks
• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls within required deadlines
• Reconciliation of trust accounts
• Prepare client payroll reports
• Accurate input of employee earnings and data
• Maintenance of the Payroll record files
• Prepare of reports, presentations and document
• Ensuring ad-hoc transactions have appropriate independent support

expertise & practice
• Previous practice with a payroll system (Chris21 would be an advantage)
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated expertise & administering in the use of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003
• Excellent relationship management expertise and customer service expertise
• Advanced Excel expertise is a must Benefits
