The Development Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and growing the philanthropic and sponsorship aspects of CMNZ's work. This includescorporate partnerships, trust funding, local government grants and philanthropy. Supported by two other dedicated development staff members (1 FTE and .6 FTE), the Development Managerwill support and lead the teamin order to achieve agreed targets and results. The Development Manageris a member of the CMNZ leadership abilities Team and is therefore expected to take an active interest inall aspects of CMNZ's operations, including strategic planning and implementation, as CMNZ commencesre-imaginingits function within the New Zealand cultural landscape.
