About the Employer :
Exciting opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s most recognised brands. This company was established in the 90’s and are part of the Transport Agency. You will be working with the friendly customer service team with your function being varied and exciting. The company has over 170 employees across the country and are excited for you to come on board.
This company is seeking someone who can start ASAP- however a short notice period may be negotiable. This is permanent function, however they would consider someone coming on board on a temp basis.
About the function:
This is a varied customer service function where you will be the first point of contact for phone or walk in customers. You will be providing guidance and making bookings for upcoming vehicle inspections, as well as completing initial pre inspections yourself (ensure lights, whippers etc. are working). this function also has elements of accounts – which you will have full training on. It’s the type of position where you really get involved! No two days are the same.
You will be working from 10am-2pm Monday- Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturday. This is the perfect function for someone looking for part time hours or needs to do school drop off and pick up. this function also involves some accounts
You will be:
   »  Using a range of different systems so being tech savvy is a must
   »  Always providing friendly customer service
   »  Love working in a team - Data entry
   »  Prepare client documentation
   »  Assist the site management in credit control
   »  Reconciliation of everyday banking
   »  Your full driver’s license is required
