In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the end-to-end payroll function to ensure a successful fortnightly payroll is completed. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in software implementation, system updates, backend maintenance, and your input will be required with the senior P&C Leadership team. Responsibilities: » Maintain and update payroll system position tables accurately. » Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the payroll system. » Process payroll adjustments and generate reports. » Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations. » Provide exceptional customer service to employees. » Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements. Qualifications: » 3+ years of experience as a payroll officer. » Managed payroll of at least 2000 employees. » Proficiency in Chris 2/IChris software. » Advanced Excel skills. » Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. » Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. » Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
