Our client is seeking anpracticed Customer Service Representative to join their well-establishedteam. This is a key function for the business and forms an integral part of the salescycle.

In this job you will beresponsible for:
   »
Delivering exceptional customer service over thephone, via email, and occasionally, face-to-face
   »
Processing orders
   »
Handling customer queries and complaints
   »
Liaising with the Sales Team as well ascustomers on product availcapability
   »
Advise customers of any service delivery issues
   »
Liaising with the dispatch team regardingdelivery times
   »
Assist dispatch team with receiving inward goodsas and when required
