The initital function will be 6 hours a day, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) for 2 weeks, with the opportunity for this to be extended. PURPOSE The main purpose of your function will be to provide support to our All Rounder and Marketing adjunct by looking after the dispatch of all eCommerce and supermarket Oat Milk Orders orders. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Order fulfilment » Processing customer orders (pick up and deliveries) by following our processes from receipt, entry into our system, pick, pack and invoice/despatch » There will be heavy lifting involved as you package up large orders! Admin and deliveries » Maintain cleanliness of the stock area; ensuring stock is stored in a tidy and efficient manner » Support the sales, marketing and management team as required » Deliveries when required. Customer service » Provide outstanding and proactive customer service at all times and respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email as and when required . THE prosperous CANDIDATE MUST be: » A prosperous track record of 1+ year within a customer service/fulfilment/lwarehouse packing function » Customer service practice » Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal expertise » Great attitude, personality and team player! Culture fit is key for All Good » Strong time management expertise and capability to prioritise - we’re not into micro-managing! » capability to remain calm, manage stress and work under pressure » capability to work autonomously and as part of a team » A clean full drivers licence.
