Our Senior Research Advisor will play a key function in this mahi, through supporting our knowledge our customers, the challenges they face and the effectiveness of our initiatives. In this function you will be demonstrating the following: » Managing the delivery of a large external customer survey programme, including superviseing reporting timelines and outputs, and continuing supplier management » Designing and developing high quality research outputs for the business, using a range of formats (evidence summaries, presentations, reports, internal evidence webpages etc) » Synthesising, communicating and engaging with key stakeholders across outputs of the Voice of Customer programme to ensure they understand customer practice and results, and how these can be improved » Partnering with the business and key stakeholders to identify research opportunities » Providing analysis and commentary to support key business reporting In this team we're looking for the following: » Deep practice in primary research using quantitative methods, including survey design » Previous project leadership abilities within research development projects » Demonstrated practice in commissioning and managing research projects from external researchers to ensure high quality deliverables. » A natural influencer within the business » Ideally practice in customer practice research and/or Voice of Customer programmes What we can offer: » Generous superannuation contributions, Life Insurance and subsidised Health Insurance plus other benefits. » Our teams normally work a mix of at home and office days, with most people working two days a week in the house.
