Salary Range : $55,000 - $60,000 p/a

Key Responsibilities:
   » Run receivable reports for allocated customers thus ensuring up to date reports are available on timely basis.
   » For allocated customers, calls are to be made and/or debt collection letters are sent accordingly to accounts that are overdue.
   » Generate manual invoices as required and credit notes as appropriate for missed services or service cancellations - reasons for issuing a credit request are documented with Customer Notes in their AS400 record.
   » Follow up on queries regarding payment of accounts and serve as liaison between departments and customers in the resolution of administrative problems and inquiries, make authorised adjustments - customers receive prompt and courteous service to resolve problems quickly.
   » Between 20th and end of month assist credit administrators via the upload of banking reports and allocation of direct credits - customer payments are credited promptly and accurately with reference to particular invoices.
   » Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.
   » Account reconciliation, Daily & month end reporting.
   » Participate in company initiatives such as Green ideas, Continuous Improvement and the like.
   » Build professional relationships with customers & stakeholders.
   » Recognise internal and external customers and ensure that work requiring completion is undertaken in a timely and effective manner and does not have adverse effects on customer satisfaction or service.
   » Continuously improve the quality of the service provided.
   » Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets.
   » Ability to identify and resolve issues constructively.
   » At all times maintain strict confidentiality with response to all professional dealings and intellectual property within the company.
Qualifications:
   » Prior experience in credit control is a plus but not mandatory
   » Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   » Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
   » High attention to detail
   » Commitment to professional growth
