The Strategic Tilting team is responsible for managing and executing the Guardians' internally managed dynamic asset allocation strategy. This strategy has exposure across a broad range of financial markets with positions in: equities, bonds, credit, currencies and commodities. The Strategic Tilting team is well regarded delivering solid performance since its inception in April 2009 while consistently maintaining the programme's structured investment philosophy. The function You will provide analytical support, with an emphasis on executing and managing the Guardians' Strategic Tilting strategy, including updating models of asset positions and monitoring the impact of macro events that may affect the strategy or asset. Your key responsibilities will include: » Supporting development of the strategic tilting strategy » Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the strategy's exposure » Contributing to robust team conversations and debates relating to the strategy's systematic investment approach and market dynamics. Your background It is likely that you have commenced your professional career and have a strong passion for financial markets. With a few years of post graduate practice, you are now ready to take the step into a unique and exciting investment function. Your core attributes will include: » Strong analytical aptitude, preferably practice in conducing financial analysis and modelling » Strong logical thinker, with an abundance of curiosity, and a flair for problem solving » Excellent interpersonal and communications expertise.
