The Company
This company has recently secured a contract to act as an Employer of Record for an international company operating a team remotely from Auckland. The service offering is purely of a service nature supported by unique technology. Scenario: We are after someone in a WFH capacity to operate the payroll for these employees and manage the statutory requirements that go along with it. The connected company operates in a similar vein and ultimately will migrate its services to the chosen platform, so, over time, the workload will increase as the payroll grows. Job responsibilities: tasks are quite simple. Run a weekly and monthly payroll, plus connected administration and communications with staff where required, such as ensuring all detail is gathered in a timely fashion to meet tight deadlines. Technical and ?Soft? expertise: We're after someone who has payroll practice, but would prefer someone who also has a strong admin background as this area will grow. Some familiarity with Employment Hero or a similar package would be highly advantageous. advantages: This is an entire working in the house function, so can fit around other activities, both personal, professional, and the likes of commitments such as study. An appropriate hourly rate, located on what you bring to the table, will be offered. Scenario Whilst anyone anywhere would be considered, if you resided in Rodney or the North Shore, that would be advantageous, as the odd face-to-face meeting may be required. Our preference is someone offering services as a contractor.
