Background
This organisation is involved in important community activity with a dedicated team focused on serving their diverse range of stakeholders. This short-term contract function has been created to take the organisation through a busy period whilst also taking time to evaluate and adjust the organisational structure. The location is desirable in that Information technology is not your usual commercial hub, but with all facilities nearby. The Opportunity Your function will be primarily to manage, maintain, and process data and update database records.
Requirements We're after someone whose attention to detail is second-to-none. You'll have practice across a variety of computer programmes, have well above average Excel expertise, with the capability to use advanced Excel features such as Pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Your written and verbal language expertise will need to be exemplary and also you will need to be expertiseable and respectful of M?ori tikanga. Because of the broad range of stakeholders, your customer service delivery expertise will need to be "legendary"!! You will need a drivers licence and your own vehicle as you may be at two sites during each week, both with plenty of parking.
