The Position
To provide office administration assistance and support, enabling the best possible practice for the patient in a busy clinical setting with surgical procedures carried out onsite.
• A varied function fulfilling customer service and administration tasks
• Face to face patient contact
• Excellent telephone expertise
• Patient data entry
• knowledge of journal entry and printing of invoices and credit entry
• Receipting
• Personal adjunct to Surgeons, relief support
• Reception relief
• Typing for clinical Manuals and Policy documents
• Collating Audits
• Newsletter publication
You
• Will have a strong Medical Administration interest
• Love variety, be flexible, not too structured
• An obliging ‘can-do’ person who can be ‘their own Boss’
• Prior phone, customer service, office and typing practice
• Attitude and fit will secure this terrific and quite special function!
On offer
• Own office, shared with one other
• 6-8 weeks of training, including of their patient management software
• Smart uniform with name badge supplied
• Southern Cross medical insurance subsidy
• Easy free street parking nearby
• 40 hours with flexible start, though some internal relief functions require 7.30am or 8.30am start
• income negotiable ie up to $33.65/hour
