After having gone through rapid growth, they’re at a pivotal stage within their growth strategy, meaning they’re currently after a strong administrator who is able to keep things ticking along smoothly within their modern Grafton offices as they continue to grow. Working alongside some inspiration individuals who are passionate about their work, but know how to have fun along the way. About the position This business is seeking a capable, autonomous, and passionate Administrator, Office Coordinator/Manager to completely own this function. Although this function is requiring an immediate start, and is due to commence on a temporary basis, the opportunity to prove yourself and find yourself a permanent opportunity within the growing business is huge. this function would include everything from the smooth running of the office from supplies maintenance, facilities management, event planning, general administrative support to the Business Support Manager and Project managers, as well as general reception tasks. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be a capable ‘doer’ with a great attitude and capability to manage contrasting priorities with a cool, positive, and calm demeanour. You must be available to start before 6th of June. Essentially, you’ll be an expert when Information technology comes to: - Being the main ‘go-to’ person of the office - willing to jump in and help when needed - Maintain a tidy office, upkeep of general stationery/office supplies - General assistance, travel arrangements, light financial administration tasks - Assist Event Coordinator with staff and client events when required - Act as back up project support person to the Project Team when needed Benefits - Free parking onsite - Uber ride benefits! - Beautiful central location - A hard working and friendly team - Immediate start About you - Must have great communication expertise - Must have strong previous administration/office management practice - Attention to detail and accuracy is key - Must be organised and efficient in a work environment - Proactive and consistent in getting things done - Must be able to adapt to change well and work at a fast pace - Sense of humour is a MUST!
