Based in Mangere Bridge they are looking for a Project Lead to grow their weight management category across all countries. The Project Lead manages projects across functions, ensuring timely deliverables and assisting with continuous improvement and performance reporting. They act as a backup for key roles and oversee projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The Project Lead reports indirectly to the Project Manager for specific initiatives. »Project Management: » Manage projects, meet deliverables on time and within budget. » Identify and solve issues promptly. » Develop detailed project plans. » Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders. »Continuous Improvement: » Identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities. » Guide projects with clear objectives and risks. »Documentation and Reporting : » Complete project reports. » Support change controls and SOP updates. »Customer and Stakeholder Support: » Support critical events and requests. » Stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications and Experience: » Degree in business or related field. » 2-3 years experience in a multinational consumer products company. » Able to handle pressure and take accountability. » Manage multiple projects within deadlines. » Good communication skills.
