The beautiful Man O' War Vineyards have vacancies for vineyard workers to come and join our team from mid-November 2021 until mid-April 2022. You must be legal to work in NZ and previous vineyard practice, field work or orchard work would be an advantage. Tasks will include shoot thinning, bud rubbing, wire lifting, leaf plucking and picking. Minimum of 40 hours per week and up to 50 hours through the peak period (weather dependant) with the option of working some Saturdays. Hourly rate of $21.60 includes holiday pay. For just $100 per person per week, we offer private rooms with access to our kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, WiFi and large common area in a modern facility. Our location is remote so having your own vehicle will be of great benefit as there is no public transport close to our vineyard but arrangements can be made for grocery and emergency visits to the village using our rental vehicles.
