Reporting to the HR Director, this role will deliver on our strategic priorities around two core elements of the employment lifecycle; Talent Development and Talent Management. You will be a true HR Generalist with an added flair for L&D - ready to get stuck in and make a positive difference within our business. Vibrant Central Auckland office location on a fixed term contract until Mid-June 2023. Strengths in ER, Performance Management and Coaching as well as the passion and know how in being able to improve policies, people processes and procedures will see you succeed in this role. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? » Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience » Degree in Human Resources or related qualification » Up to date employment legislation knowledge and experience » Experience in dealing with, and resolving, complex employment relations matters » Experience in L&D, coaching and/or facilitation » Drive to hit the ground running and make a difference in a short period of time » Ability to represent the voice of the business to the Senior Leadership Team with a good grasp on culture and business initiatives All applicants must have the right to work in NZ.
