We have an opportunity for a culinary superstar to run our kitchen from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm. For this function you will need to: · Be proactive and enthusiastic · Be self-motivated and able to work independently · Be a fun team player who likes to have a laugh · Take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy workspace · Exhibit good time management expertise This is a permanent part-time position, comprising a number of key areas of responsibility, including: · Planning and creating varied menus · Ordering and shopping for supplies · Operating an efficient and smoothly run kitchen · Catering for meetings and farm functions, as required. · Ensuring good hygiene practices, stock control and stock rotation. · Cleaning communal areas We offer competitive remuneration and generous employee benefits including health insurance.
