Investigate and raise claims with the significant Freight forwarder. » Tracking shipments and Liaising with the Freight forwarders for the smooth delivery of the shipment. » Report to the Management with updates using the Logistics tracking sheet. » Support Internal/External stakeholders with inquiries. » Deal with supervises clients/agents/ Subsidiaries. About You: » Ideally you will have practice in a logistics/shipping function however previous operations practice is acceptable. » practice working with an ERP system is advantageous » this function is to commence as soon as possible so you will be available within a weeks’ notice » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise » Efficient in Excel, Word, and outlook.
