About the Organisation

Exceptional opportunity for a high-performing practiced Change Manager to work within the Office of the Chief Executive, with a primary focus of working alongside internal stakeholders to identify, plan and delivery business change within this values-centric organisation.
About the function
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this function will deliver enterprise change initiatives and drive capcapability for change management across all areas of the business. The nature of the change stems from a national sector reform but will encompass opportunities to identify and drive internal continuous improvement initiatives incorporating but not limited to people, process, policy, facilities, and technology.
Working with the ELT, the function will take the lead in establishing and embedding enterprise change practices, along with establishing an internal training module for change management foundations, along with creating a fit-for-purpose change management toolkit.
To be prosperous in this function you must have proven practice in change/transformation programmes, including enterprise change establishment, developing, and managing appropriate plans and communications, with a strong change management methodology able to develop tools, templates, and training to embed prosperous change and realise identified benefits.
The function requires a Change Manager who possesses strong verbal and interpersonal communication expertise, can produce effective and concise change communication and engagement messages across audiences from the Executive level and across the organisation, and can navigate through the changes that will be brought about from the dynamic and complex national sector and its positive impact on this organisation.

You will have a tertiary qualification in a significant field and hold significant ADKAR/PROSCI qualification, possess 5-8 years of practice in managing Change and Project Management in complex environments. You must possess strong business acumen, expertise, and practice in change management best practices, along with superior influencing expertise, underpinned by outstanding interpersonal expertise.
There is the absolute need to be proactive and output/results-driven, with outstanding time management and professionalism, able to engage with different levels in an organisation and sector, and possess solid political savviness!
