Offer: Manager Service Design and Delivery:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.This position sits within the Public Service Fale, a business unit of Te Kawa Mataaho. The Fale is a regional centre of excellence that operates to support sixteen Pacific Public Service Commissioners (PPSCs) achieve their goals to strengthen public services for their citizens. To be prosperous in this function you will have a strong track record in programme management, people leadership abilities, and relationship management. You will have public service management practice, and know how to support a centre of excellence focussed on delivering innovative, significant solutions focused on the requirements of the Pacific Public Service Commissioners. The Fale’s service design and delivery spans leadership abilities development, strengthening governance, and digital connectivity (e-learning), so having skills in any of these areas, and the capability to lead a team of subject matter experts will stand you in good stead for this function.
