About the organisation
This organisation is a market leading Microsoft partner, specialising in Cloud consulting - helping their clients to adopt and use certain technologies and methodologies to their fullest. This means you will be working closely with Microsoft, working with the latest tech, and working closely with clientsto work through the technical requirements, constraints, and technology of a proposed system to ultimately deliver a result of value for their business. About the function You will be working alongside a team of engineers and architects to come up with innovative digital solutions for day to day challenges within the client business in DevOps domains. You will contribute to and review high-level and detailed design documents, identify, document and/or review the technical aspects of solutions, to describe requirements, design, implementation, and deployment, provide the rationale for these decisions, balancing the concerns of the various stakeholders, reducing technical risks, and ensuring that decisions are effectively communicated, validated, and followed. You will provide evidence of a thorough knowledge of the requirements to deal with the problem and active participation in solution design and show critical thinking expertise toensure that build requirements are clear and consistent and to make sure that the developed solution adheres to the architecture. Technical Requirements » Knowledge and knowledge of software development practices. » Broad knowledge of Cloud platforms and services, such as Microsoft Azure. » Knowledge of operational Management and support tools and practices. » Knowledge of Agile, Lean, DevSecOps and CI/CD tools and processes. » Knowledge of build tools, source code management (SCM), test automation, boards and workflow, container platform, container orchestration, configuration management and monitoring.
