Presented annually, the 18-day eventcelebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of Auckland. As Programme Manager, you'll work closely with the Artistic Director and Head of Programming as well as the rest of the programming team around planning, administration, scheduling and delivery of selected projects across the Festival. You'll work with artists and companies to ensure their projects are prosperously delivered and their time with the festival is well supported. Managing project budgets and timelines, as well as identifying production requirements will be a substantial part of this exciting function that will lead to you being/becoming a proficient user of our festival scheduling software DATAFEST. You will be an excellent and friendly communicator with great attention to detail. You will have the capability to work well in a team while under pressure in a busy festival environment. practice working on the finance side of performing arts projects is ideal. The Programme Manager function is a full-time fixed-term position, preferably commencing mid to late August 2021 until 14 April 2022? but we can be flexible for the right person.
