As the Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to elderly residents. You will lead the clinical team, oversee the coordination of care, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those set forth by regulatory bodies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among the clinical team members. Collaborate with other departments and disciplines to enhance resident care and promote a holistic approach to well-being. Conduct resident assessments, develop individual care plans, and regularly review and update them as needed. Manage the clinical services budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable operations. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Current APC- New Zealand nursing license. Experience in healthcare management, preferably in an aged care setting. Strong knowledge of aged care regulations and standards. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Dedication to providing compassionate care to elderly residents.
