About the Employer :
This Financial Services company have been doing some really exciting things; having re-shaped the way we look at Financial lending, you’ll be joining a progressive ‘out of the box’ thinking team who are making waves within their industry.

About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic Credit Manager who thrives in both a strategic and hands on function – a truly fulfilling position for a positive, people focused ‘doer’.
You’ll be more of a ‘generalist’ within your line of skills, meaning you are well-versed in liaising at all levels externally. Whether working directly with end consumers, or working alongside SME businesses, you will have a people centric approach at the forefront of everything you do. You will ideally have practice in the financial lending space specifically within the mortgage, property and residential sector and will be able to bring a wealth of expertise and new ideas to the table.
This is a growing company, so you’ll embrace the idea of change, and will be excited at the prospect to join this business at a pivotal time and come along for the journey.
You will be a pro when Information technology comes to:
Assessing lending applications for residential property, consumer finance, and providing sign-off on applications
Developing and implementing credit policies, procedures and best practices
Determining approval on complex applications
Offering solutions for complex applications that fail to meet company guidelines, and offering sound advice
Assessing, investigating and creating road maps to minimise business risk
Bringing passion into your work, celebrating the wins and bringing some fun and genuine enjoyment to the function
