Must be able to work unsupervised and be very organised and tidy. Menu is simple but fast. Up to 300 covers in normal busy times.( this would have 3-4 staff in kitchen) Team fit is ultimate, you will have excellant speaking and knowledge of english, an overthe top sense of humour and the utmost pride in presentation of simple but good food. A love of the outdoors and small communities is also a Plus. Your own transport is advised. We are a mandated venue therefore vaccination certificate is mandatory.
