The park is located in the heart of Te Anau, the gateway to Fiordland National Park. Te Anau is a very seasonal area and thrives in the summer with both domestic and international tourists coming to explore Fiordland. The prosperous applicant will be very flexible, professional, capable and an adaptable team player. This is a diverse hands on position, you will be responsible for, but not limited to as no day is the same: - Maintaining the grounds and gardens - Help with any building projects big or small - Basic building maintenance both interior and exterior - Cleaning of the ablution blocks if required - Attention to detail with a focus on high standards at all times - Be physically fit and able - Good communication expertise - Discreet and diplomatic - practice and knowledge of the current H&S standards and procedures - Have a ‘Can Do’ attitude - If Information technology is broken and needs fixed, you will be the person to do it! This will be on a fixed term seasonal contract with the potential to turn into a all year round position for the right applicant.
