• Advising, mentoring and coaching Managers
• Supporting the development of HR Initiatives
• Providing guidance to HR Team
• Initiative and confidence to act independently.
• Partnering with senior leaders and support the delivery of their strategic direction.
• Managing Employment Relation Issues.
• Preparing and presenting regular reporting.
• Management of and contribution programmes and projects across the team.

expertise & practice
• knowledge of significant NZ legislation
• Minimum 6 years’ practice in generalist advisory function
• Previous practice coaching and mentoring Senior Leaders.
• Have the capability to work autonomously without close supervision.
• practice dealing with a wide variety of Employment Relations issues.
• practice leading large organisational change projects.
• Stakeholder engagement
