Position Highlights: Location: While your primary base will be at the clinic in the CBD, you will also have the flexibility to work from other sites within our network when suitable. Community Focus: This role places a strong emphasis on community-based rehabilitation, allowing you to deliver impactful interventions directly where clients need them the most - in their homes and local surroundings. Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs both within our clinic and in community settings. Collaborate seamlessly with our team of allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Generate comprehensive patient reports outlining abilities, goals, and recommended interventions. Utilize cutting-edge diary management software for efficient scheduling and record-keeping.
