Offer: Home Help:Job description:Home HelpPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($20 before tax)Job location: Wellington Region: Wellington practice: No practice Necessary Contact: 0275847170 Listing Added: 17/05/2021 We are seeking for in home help for general housekeeping, looking after our daughter, some cooking and a bit of gardening. Abigail is 8, and is a heap of fun. She is into creative play, art, digging in the garden, going to the beach... you name it, she is most likely to join in with enthusiasm :-) She is used to hanging out with our helpers, and has created firm friendships with each of them; most of them stay in regular contact with us! Darryl and Laurian are both self-employed business owners, which can makes us really busy. So, We are pursuing a person(or a couple) to look after Abigail after school, as well as general housekeeping for the family, help with meal preparation, and a bit of gardening. You also need to be a dog-lover, as we have a gentle miniature schnauser-bichon frise cross named Bobbie. Information technology is preferred that you have a full driving licence in which case we will sometimes provide a car for you and Abigail (and Bobbie) to go wherever you like and have fun when occasion allows. This is a live-in position, and you will have your own furnished, spacious double room in the separate, fully furnished, ground floor flat of our Kilbirnie home. The hours are 18-20 per week; and your wages are paid in the form of accommodation. We expect to need extra hours for the second half of June and most of July; the additional hours (over 20 per week) will be paid. You must have a valid work visa and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. You will share the 2-bedroom flat with a kiwi couple in their early-20's. Although you have your own bedroom the flat has a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. We all share our sun-filled lawn and garden. The room is a good-size double room, so it’s possible that (for a couple), one person can be our Home Help, and the other can go out to work. We have also had couples who split the tasks as well as having employment elsewhere. We've had Home Helpers for some years now and Information technology works well. Skills:
