Receptionist/Customer ServicesJob location:Auckland Rodney & North Shore Work Type: Temporary » » » »Varied blended 2 month Temp function, suits allrounder »8.30-4.30pm, top neg rate »Albany/Rosedale area – off Constellation, onsite parking The Company • An international company headquartered in the US, my client is a leading manufacturer of a range of outdoor products • An importer and distributor in NZ, reporting through to Australia, this company has just had a bumper year, with more to come! The Position • You will be supporting the needs of their small close-knit office and customer service team, with some basic accounts assistance (credits/accounts payable) • Clients range from large well known retail stores to specialist stores that stock their range of products • In house located relationship management with internal team and external dealers/customers • Prioritising inbound phone located queries with message taking, problem solving and admin tasks • Assisting with the customer care team tasks, including data entry, email forwarding, problem solving and phone call management.
