Very sociable, leading co Intro • A large company in the health sector that supplies the DHB’s/Hospitals with product, you will be working on an continuing basis with the wider Customer Services team but in their Claims area • As a Temp initially, with the opportunity to apply for permanent at a higher rate too!! (a separate application) • And, depending on your practice, there may be other functions available too! So do apply if any practice in the below Overview • Responding to customer emails (government clients) re claims, credits, and medical product courier returns • Looking into credit requests and processing credit paperwork • Some inventory work • Using SAP system, Smart Freight for Despatching (training on) and soon Salesforce to be introduced • Basic Excel required with attention to detail and very good phone expertise and written communication You • Will have great office, computer/customer service expertise • Be down to earth and friendly • An interest in the Operations/Logistics environment On offer • $28/hour (includes holiday pay), paid weekly • continuing, as possible permanent opportunity too!
