Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and construction industry. We are seeking a skilled and reliable machine operator to join our Seaview team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery to ensure the efficient production of our high-quality products. Shifts will be Monday to Friday 6AM - 3PM (Hours will vary, flexible availability is required). Key Responsibilities: » Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production standards are met » Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment » Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment » Inspect finished products for quality assurance » Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities » Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines To be successful: » Proven experience in a manufacturing environment » Physically fit » Forklift license is advantageous but not necessary » Pass a pre-employment drug screen » Provide two work references All applicants must have the right to live and work in NZ.
