The Company
Work for this household name, providing amenities to many homes in the Bay of Plenty and across New Zealand and Australia. Their company culture is excellent, one they are very proud of. The team are great, but specifically the Facilities team of 3 are hardworking and essentially ensures this business runs like clockwork.
The Job
You will be working with the facilities and mailroom teams. This job is for 25 hours per week, Mon-Fri from 9am – 2pm. Your tasks will include:
• Managing kitchen, ensuring all shared spaces are clean, stocked and the utilities room is in order.
• Ensuring Information technology hardware, office furniture and supplies are provided, up to date and where they should be.
• Parking leases are up to date, company vehicles are up to date with registrations, have stocked first aid kits.
• All health and safety equipment located around the offices is checked and up to date.
• Liaising with external suppliers eg cleaning providers
• All meeting rooms are set up correctly
• General admin tasks, particularly ensuring covid related guidelines are being met
• Helping the facilities team and stepping in when people are on leave
The Ideal Person
Attitude is key! You must be a quick learner and happy to take on any task required of you. Attention to detail is also important as is a friendly approachable personality.
