Mr J attends school 5 days per week and is a very farm orientated, outdoors kid that loves to be on the farm with me and also enjoys riding his bike, walking, runnning and playing in the sandpit. He also enjoys music, singing and dancing. We are on a farm and have cows, horses, and a dog. Our ideal au pair would genuinely love kids and have energy and patience for my son and an capability to make day to day life fun. Some assistance with cooking and cleaning would be a huge bonus. A typical day can include helping my son get ready for school (teeth cleaned, face washed, dressed, breakfasted) and either driving him to school or putting him on the bus as well as picking him up after school and looking after him until I finish work (I can often have him with me in the afternoons so this function could suit a person who already has a job or is studying as mornings getting J ready for school and on the bus at 8.20am are where I would most appreciate your assistance). He usually wakes pprox 7am and is on the bus t 8:20am. From that time you could be free until 3.30pm when he gets off the bus or the rest of the day as required. You could also pick up some farm work if you are interested to help out on farm. Car, wages, food, internet, own bedroom, bathrom and toilet are part of the package with regular time off and flexibility with extra days. Please note that the $800 per fortnight is as wages on top of the accommodation package. We are in a prime location for outdoor recreation being 1 hour to Mt Hutt, 1.5 hours to beautiul Tekapo and 2.5 hours to Mt Cook. We are one hour from Christchurch. Queenstown is 4 hours away for a weekend away. Remuneration is negotiable. References from previous au pairs are available. Thankyou and look forward to hearing from you. Start date asap.
