• Interest in Social Services, Health, not-for-profit sector? Uni student ideal
• Long term function, permanent part time possible, $24.84/hr

The function
This temp opportunity of After Hours Resource Coordinator is an important team function and if later interested in a permanent part time function, this is also possible!
• You will be a first point of contact (inbound contact centre) for requests for their support service by their clients
• You will schedule service provision, informing all parties, contact with clients re home and community support and any updates/changes (eg from the Support Workers etc)
• Enter required documentation, adhering to rostering systems and general timesheet and administration processes etc

You
• You will have great customer, touch typing, administration and computer systems practice
• An interest in people in the community, and a social services environment in general
• Be empathetic, with a very clear telephone voice, able to quickly grasp what is required, to take notes with great recall
• Will be calm and able to respond professionally to calls from the clients (the injured, elderly etc)
• This could be ideal for a University student, preferably one seeking long term work, not graduating this year please Hours
• Mon, Tues, Wed 4.30pm – 10pm, Sunday 6.30am – 4pm
• And, if other staff are sick or on leave, there will be plenty of opportunity to increase your hours by covering your co-workers’ shifts, would be great – includes Public Holidays
• $24.84/hr
