Site ManagerJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Contract » » » Are you an practiced Site Manager looking for your next project to take the lead on? This is your chance to lead a site team of 10 on a large commercial CBD roofing project – roofing-specific practice not required! With Health and Safety front of mind at all times, you’ll be comfortable liaising both with the main contractor and other trades, keeping timely communication flowing through to all significant parties and completing documentation as required. The prosperous candidate will: • Be able to competently read construction plans and understand specifications • Ensure all deliveries and products are on time and as ordered • Complete all required QA and safety documentation • Monitor tools to check they are kept up to standard • Attend and contribute to regular site meetings • Foster a fun and safe team environment Reporting directly into the Regional Manager and assisted by the Operations Manager, you will be supported by a strong down to earth team with a family-feel, who are committed to providing a high quality service.
