tasks
• Provide Executive and administrative support to the Director, their managers and teams
• Coordinating events, meetings, conferences, & travel
• Minute taking
• Assist with project work when required
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Diary management
• Prepare documentation for meetings as required
• Written correspondence on behalf of the Director

expertise & practice
• At least 2 years’ significant practice
• Excellent communication expertise
• Strong working expertise of the Microsoft Suite
• High levels of organisation and self-management
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of discretion

Desirable
• practice working for the public sector in New Zealand
