Lodgement Administrator
As a Lodgement Administrator you will be computer-savvy and love attention to detail as you help our clients start their ACC journey. You will be working in a fast paced, supportive environment, entering client’s claims, problem-solving queries and making sure that information is correct to help our clients get the support they need. Recovery Administrator
As a Recovery Administrator supporting the wider claims management team, you will be an admin superstar, providing administration services to ensure clients receive the support services they need. You will be comfortable engaging with colleagues, clients, providers and employers to verify or request information. You will be flexible and have no problem collaborating with other teams to deliver great services to our clients. As an entry level function into ACC this function will give you a good foundation for knowledge our claims management processes and take a great first step in your career.
Payments Assessor
this function is challenging yet compensateing, as you will help clients to solely focus on their rehabilitation while you take care of their finances for them. As a Payments Assessor you will calculate and process weekly compensation payments and other payments to our clients. You will also deal with employers and third-party entities to find out more information so that you can make sound decisions when Information technology comes to claim/financial assessments. You will engage with our clients in conversations about overpayments they may have with ACC, so you’ll be comfortable engaging in challenging conversations from time to time, often explaining complex situations.
Cover Assessor
If you are someone who loves interpreting information and problem solving, then this is the perfect function for you. As a Cover Assessor you are responsible for assessing claims to make cover decisions in conformity with significant legislation and medical information. You will be gathering information from a wide variety of sources contacting employers, providers, medical specialists and clients to be able to make sound decisions on cover and use your great customer service and communication expertise to communicate these decisions to the clients.
Treatment and Support Assessor
If collecting and interpreting information is your passion, then as a Treatment and Support Assessor you will be contacting clients with a decision on their treatment and recovery support options. You will be comfortable communicating results to clients, having difficult conversations on occasion, and explaining complex situations. Health sector knowledge would be advantageous, but most importantly you will be a great communicator who is eager to learn. if you are wanting a challenging function where you are constantly using your initiative to support the community then this the function for you.
Key expertise We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in our functions:
   » Proven customer service background or practice working in environments that have enabled you to support people from a range of backgrounds
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise – you will be comfortable collaborating across teams and functions
   » Administration and/or practice working with payments/legislative information would be advantageous, however attitude is just as important as practice
   » Comfortable working at a fast pace with high volumes – you will be efficient in how you complete your work and have strong attention to detail
   » Team player – you will be someone who thrives in working in a team environment
   » Strong computer and numeracy expertise would really help you hit the ground running
