Our client is a high governing body and represent the interests of many stakeholders. About the function Our client is seeking someone to start ASAP- so apply now as this function won’t last! 20-25 hours over 5 days, with 8am starts. You’ll be someone who gets stuck into work as this is a busy function! However, you’ll be working in a nice atmosphere with a positive and upbeat team. tasks • Receipting and follow up on queries with debtors • Preparation of journals & balance sheet reconciliations for two bank accounts • Supporting finance team functions including settlements & AR processing • Verifying records • Identifying risks and providing assurance over controls • Build & maintain relationships with stakeholders • Review processes, assist with enhancements, including in the development if e-commerce • Management of collections of funds • Management of accounts holders- monthly statements & follow up outstanding accounts • Proactive management of arrears list • Respond to finance related customer queries • Ahead to all Health & Safety polices & procedures expertise & practice • Microsoft Office • High attention to detail • Time efficacy • High level of Customer Service expertise • Problem-Solving expertise • Excellent written and oral communication • Project a positive image to represent organization • Strong interpersonal expertise • 2-3 year practice in Accounts Receivable This would be a great opportunity for an practiced Accounts Payable agent looking for their next long-term opportunity in a growing organization.
