They collaborate with clients and partners from the earliest stages of creative development through to manufacture and installation across the globe. Well known locally for the prosperous Gallipoli: The Scale of Our War and Bug Lab practices at Te Papa they have recently launched an exciting new permanent attraction, Weta Workshop Unleashed: A greatal Film FX practice at SkyCity. Recent prosperous international location located practices have now provided an exciting platform for future growth. This new function of Operations Manager has been created to support the Executive Producer with the day to day running of the division ensuring that their ambitious global growth objectives are achieved. You will set the LBE team up for success by ensuring that the right resources, training and general support is in place to deliver projects on time and budget. This includes managing weekly resource scheduling and making sure the systems and processes support efficient delivery of work streams. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage the budgets, P&L's and provide regular financial reporting. In addition, you will assist the Executive Producer with leading, inspiring and growing the capabilities of the team. this function is for that special Somebody with a unique mix of operational, financial, relationship management and leadership abilities expertise. You will need strong financial and process improvement expertise as well as proven practice leading creative teams in fast paced growth focused environments.
