This national project management firm has an excellent reputation in the construction market and is known for delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sector. Due to steady growth there is now a requirement for a senior project manager with team management expertise.
The company is relatively flat structured and believe strongly in professional development. In the public sector, they have strong relationships with MOE with a heavy future work pipeline, also private clients from mixed use apartments, subdivisional development, airport developments, general commercial warehousing and offices.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven practice on a broad range of commercial projects covering such areas as project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management. The capability to be flexible, nimble and adaptable to diverse projects is essential. Also, outstanding relationship building expertise coupled with a strong history of delivery is required.

We are seeking for candidates with 10 - 20 years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property. valuable as well if you have acted as engineer to the contract. Sector practice of value is healthcare, aged care, and vertical buildings such as hotels.

   » Tendering/procurement
   » Leading meetings
   » Design and pre-implementation management
   » Report working and financial management
   » Team management
