You will build effective relationships and partnerships that will assist us in achieving our funding targets. You will work closely with the General Manager to create fundraising plans and develop new fundraising initiatives. Mo te mahi, about the function: » Proactively seeking to identify fundraising and sponsorship opportunities. » Coordinating the grant application process, fundraising initiatives, and the bequest programme. » Liaising with sponsors, donors, and funders - proactively seeking to build and maintain relationships with them. » Prepare accountcapability reports adhering to all funding agreements and sent in a timely manner. » Actively engage with the local community and key stakeholders in order to grow a patrons group. » Proven Funding and Sponsorship practice. » significant degree (for example Funding, Marketing, or Business) » practice in developing long term relationships. » knowledge of, and affinity with, the charitable trust, community issues and not-for-profit environment. » High levels of initiative and capability to take responsibility. » Strong communication expertise - positive and professional manner. » Excellent analytical expertise. » Excellent knowledge and practice of Microsoft applications. » Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi If you want to join our team and put our customers at the heart of everything we do, we want to hear from you.
