Our client is currently after a skilled Supervisor that can support running operations across the Wellington region You will be able to: » Lead the teams on a daily basis, ensuring they're meeting their required start times. » Communicate the schedule to staff and ensure they have the correct information and resources to complete tasks » Liaise with clients as directed by Operations Manager » Develop relationships with the teams operating in the local branch » Mentor staff and help them achieve their training goals » Ensure best practice health, safety and well-being is being followed as per company processes » Help implement corrective actions identified » Ensure all staff complete required pre-start and on site records Your experience will consist of: » Accurate and reliable working knowledge of CoPTTM and the ability to use this knowledge to achieve desired outcomes » STMS qualified (or relevant experience), and a working knowledge of Health and Safety » Experience in a leadership position where you managed a sizable team Whats in it for you: » A secure, permanent full-time position » Salary between $35-45p/hr (dependent on experience) » Uniforms, Phone, Tablet » Ongoing training, coaching, and support » Leadership opportunities with a company geared for growth heading into 2025 » Great company culture + work benifits If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
