This is a new position to the company and they are offering a highly competitive income.Objectives » Develop a thorough knowledge of business principles, processes and systems » Seek to implement improvements to Sales and Customer Service groups through collaboration with the existing team » Establish and build upon relationships with new and existing customers » Work towards the monthly, quarterly and annual sales and retention targets As the Sales and Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for: » Maintaining staff levels and working in conjunction with HR to recruit where necessary » The onboarding and training of new staff, guaranteeing they understand what is expected of them and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to be prosperous » Reviewing the KPI’s and responsibilities of staff to ensure your team efficiency is maximised » Focus upon employee engagement and culture » Ensure company values are translated through to customers and expectations are excelled through monitoring of customer practice and satisfaction (NPS). » Managing the overall process for both Sales and Customer Service teams and identifying improvement opportunities » Coaching and providing feedback to maximise growth and achieve success through conversion ratio and sales funnels » Monitoring and management of customer retention and escalations » Acquisition and maintenance of key accounts » Working closely with admin, HR and finance teams to ensure smooth running across business We are seeking for someone who understands customer buying cycles, and has seen success in a similar function.
